INSURANCE AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
  • At PHI E INC we are committed to helping you access the care you need. We accept Medicaid, Medicaid waiver, Kidcare and we are working to add most major insurance plans, including but not limited to: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. If your insurance plan is not listed, we may still be able to work with your provider to secure coverage. We also offer flexible payment plans for those without insurance coverage. Our team will work with you to develop a payment plan that fits your budget and ensures you get the care you need. Please note that deductibles and copayments may apply, depending on your plan. How will I be billed for services?

Depending on the services you receive, you may receive bills from our clinic as well as from other providers involved in your care. We will work with you to help you understand your bills and develop a payment plan that fits your budget.
